orders over £50 will ship for free.

orders under £50 will have a UK mainland flat rate cost of £3 via Royal Mail 2^nd Class and the delivery time is typically 2-3 working days. we cannot accept any responsibility for late packages.

please note that we only ship on business days. orders placed after 4pm on friday, on weekends or on holidays, will ship on the following business day.

RETURNS

you have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it. to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. you must have the receipt or proof of purchase. you will be responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is faulty. please email us at info@alott.co and we will confirm the return address.

REFUNDS

in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we will refund or exchange your item. your item should be returned within 15 days of receipt and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. we will agree with you appropriate return shipping arrangements. if you incur any return shipping fees, we will refund those. once we receive your item, we will check it over, confirm it is indeed faulty, and then confirm the status of your refund or exchange. we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or issue the exchanged item within 5-10 business days.
