Throughout this website, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” and "alott" refers to Alott Limited. We offer this website (including without limitation all information, tools and services available from this website) to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting, browsing, using or attempting to interact with any part of this website and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage with our services and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”) and the additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein, including without limitation our Privacy Policy.
These Terms apply to all users of the website, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers and/ or merchants.
If you do not agree to the Terms, you must not use our website.
1 - Terms of Service
Any new features or tools which are added to the current website shall also be subject to the Terms. You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to access and check the Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We recommend that you print a copy of these Terms for future reference.
2 - Online Store Terms
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited under any law or regulation applicable to you.
3 - General Conditions
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it; and (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. If you wish to make a change to the item you have ordered, please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. Nothing in these Terms will affect your legal rights.
The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
4 - Returns & Refund Policy
You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is faulty.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we will refund or exchange the item as you prefer, once the fault has been verified. Your item needs to be returned within 30 days of receipt and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. We shall agree with you appropriate shipping arrangements. Should you incur return shipping fees in association with those shipping arrangements, you will be eligible for a refund of those return shipping fees agreed with us should the item prove faulty.
Once we receive your item, we will check it over and notify you that we have received your returned or faulty item and confirm the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or issue of the exchanged item within 5-10 business days.
Note: You will be responsible for any returned item until it reaches us. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and use recorded or special delivery services. We are not responsible for lost packages or delayed packages due to shipping addresses provided incorrectly.
5 - The Retention of Right to Change Offering
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
6 - Ownership of Intellectual Property, Copyrights and Logos
The services and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, underlying source code, images, text, graphics, logos, product designs, website designs, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all intellectual property rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Alott Limited. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such intellectual property rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof. All rights reserved. Any use of materials on this website including without limitation reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution, or republication, without the prior written permission of Alott Limited is strictly prohibited.
7 - Limitation of Liability
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products including, without limitation, the right to receive products which are: as described and match information we provided to you and any sample or model seen or examined by you; of satisfactory quality; fit for any particular purpose made known to us; and supplied with reasonable skill and care; and for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
We exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and terms (whether express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise) to the fullest extent permitted by law. We accept no liability for any losses or damages which are not reasonably foreseeable arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the website.
We are not liable for business losses. We only supply the products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. Your continued use of the website or our services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. 9 – Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects in accordance with English law. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the English courts. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction.
10 – Website is Only for UK Users
Our website is directed to people residing in the United Kingdom. We do not represent that content available on or through our website is appropriate for use or available in other locations.
11 – You Must Keep Your Account Details Safe
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.
We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms.
If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at info@alott.co.
12 – We are Not Responsible for Websites We Link to
Where our website contains links to other websites, we have no control over the contents of those websites. The external websites are not under our control and we are not responsible for the content of any linked website.
By listing or linking to another website, we are not making any kind of endorsement and we accept no liability in respect of the content. We do not guarantee that links will work all of the time and cannot control the availability of the linked pages.
13 – Third Party Rights
A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or the Contract (Third Party Rights) (Scotland) Act 2017 to enforce any term of this agreement.
14 – Delivery
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom.
We do our best to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Orders over £50 will ship for free. Orders under £50 will have a UK mainland flat rate cost of £3 via Royal Mail 2nd Class and the delivery time is typically 2-3 working days. We cannot accept any responsibility for late packages.
We only ship on business days. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday, on weekends or on holidays, will ship on the following business day.
15 – Pricing
All prices are in Pounds Sterling. Prices are correct at the time of publication and may be subject to change without prior notice. Any price increase will not affect orders which have already been confirmed. VAT Rates are as of January 2011 and may vary with any changes in Government legislation.
